How to Obtain Warranty Service
If an incident occurs, you should call the Pinnacle Networx technical support line to report the problem (334-472-2022). Select Option 1 (Company Directory), Option 2 (Sales), Option 3 (Service & Technical) The Pinnacle Networx technical support team will ask a series of questions designed to determine the cause of failure. Depending on the system type, and the cause of failure, Pinnacle Networx will initiate the appropriate repair activity. Technical support is provided Monday through Friday (8AM – 5PM Central Time), excluding observed holidays. For calls received after 3:00 PM Central Time the service technician may require an additional business day to arrive at your location. The actual time of service is dependent upon parts availability.
